Small beginnings. Big plans. Beautiful things.
Mallow has actually been a long time in the making.
With years of linen-trade experience in the family, supplying the care industry, I've had plenty of opportunity to learn about linen. Add to that my own slightly excessive love of beautiful bedlinen, gorgeous towels and those little washroom luxuries that make an ordinary stay feel rather special..... and eventually I decided it was time to take the plunge and create something of my own.
And so, Mallow was born.
Right now, we're a small family business. There's me, my incredibly supportive husband, our entrepreneurial son, and a mum and sisters who are never very far away when an extra pair of hands - or an honest opinion - is required.
We're starting small, and deliberately so.
You won't find hundreds of products here just for the sake of filling a website. What you will find is a carefully selected collection that we've spent hours researching, comparing, testing, changing our minds about, testing again........
If it carries the MALLOW name, we want it to be something we'd genuinely be delighted to have in our own home.
Where we are going
For now, we're bringing Mallow directly to you - beautiful bedlinen, towels and spa essentials for creating a little more luxury at home.
But we have bigger plans.
As Mallow grows, and our stock grows with us, we hope to work increasingly with holiday lets, Airbnbs, boutique stays and hotels too - helping them create the sort of bedrooms and bathrooms that guests actually remember.
And we want our customers to help shape what Mallow becomes.
We're new enough to admit we won't always get everything right. So if you love something, tell us. If there's something you think we could do better, definitely tell us! And if there's something you wish we stocked, we'd love to hear that too.
We're building Mallow for the long term, and we'd much rather grow by listening to the people who actually buy and use our products than pretending we know everything.
Where we are
Mallow UK is based in the peaceful countryside, where rolling hills meet a beautiful coastline, where visitors come from far and wide for pristine getaways, charming holiday retreats and a slower pace of life. It feels like the perfect home for Mallow UK. Surrounded by some of the country's loveliest holiday destinations, independent hotels, cottages and coastal escapes, we know just how important those little touches of comfort and luxury can be.
Devon is where our story begins, but we love to see Mallow UK appreciated throughout the whole country!
